Meet our new family member. now and forever.

When we hear the call, we try to answer. Just a couple weeks ago I stumbled across a add on a Facebook page I follow that touched my heart. A family saw that their beloved puppy was struggling in his current situation. They had gotten him not long ago from a lady a state away and he was not adjusting. He was regressing. They were a very good home, just not for this beautiful soul. He had been abused and needed a certain kind of care that they would not be able to give him.

I am so grateful that they saw past their deep love for him and recognized that he needed someone who could help him on his path to healing for the hurt he had been put through. He needed a different kind of compassion and understanding.

When I came to pick him up I could see the sadness across their faces. I know how hard this was for all of them. They had wanted to help him and love him forever. My mission will be to do the same, to carry on for those sweet children and their parents. They are amazing people.

Today this amazing puppy ran his first zoomies around his yard. He is home. He is safe. He is happy. He is loved.
